Q: What requirements do I need to rent a motorbike?

To collect your vehicle, we only need you to present us: Original and valid ID card or passport. Driving licence (Original). If you rent a 125cc, remember that you need a car licence (B) with at least 3 years old or the A1/A licence. Credit card (Indispensable for blocking the deposit).

Q: How many kilometres can I travel?

Our rates are very generous so that you can cover the Ebro Delta from end to end: 300 km per day included in rentals from 1 to 5 days. If you need the bike for a monthly period, you have 3,500 km included. For longer distances, please contact us and we will offer you a tailor-made rate.

Q: What is the fuel policy like?

We apply the Full-Full policy: We deliver the motorbike with a full tank and you must return it with a full tank. If you return it with less fuel, the quarter tank rates detailed in our terms and conditions will apply (from 24 € to 120 € per full tank depending on how much fuel is missing).

Q: What happens if I want to cancel my booking?

Free cancellation: Up to 48 hours before collection. After the deadline: If you cancel less than 48 hours before the pick-up time, the 100% of the booking will be charged. High Season: In summer, Easter and long weekends, bookings made with a deposit of 300 € are not refundable, as we adapt our fleet specifically for you.

Q: Can I deliver the motorbike to a different place than the pick-up point?

Yes, but this must be by prior arrangement. If you deliver the bike to a different location than agreed without prior notice, a €60 charge will be applied for «return to wrong location». Remember that we offer flexible pick-up and drop-off at hotels and stations.

How does the bond and insurance work?

The price includes a compulsory cover with an excess of 900 €..
When you sign the contract, your credit card will be charged this amount as a deposit.
We have a Premium Coverage optional which you can request from staff for peace of mind (see exclusions such as loss of keys or damage due to driving off-road).

If you are under 23 years old, a charge of €9/day (max. €75 per rental) applies.
Management of fines
In case of infringement, the handling fee is €12 (penalty not included).
Loss of keys
Replacement costs 350 €. Take good care of them while you enjoy the Delta!
Smoking ban
Smoking is strictly forbidden while wearing a helmet or near the vehicle; failure to comply will result in a charge of €100.
